Construction Features

API 6D Pipeline Valve Standard Design :Designed strictly in accordance with API 6D Pipeline Valves specification, covering the entire process of design, materials, testing, documentation and marking, meeting the stringent requirements of long-distance pipelines for valve integrity, reliability and maintainability.
 Combination of A105N Forged Steel and WCB Cast Steel:
 Body / Bonnet: Precision cast from WCB carbon steel, with good formability and economical cost, suitable for large-bore sizes.
Key Pressure-retaining Parts (Flange Ends / Necks): A105N forged steel with dense grain structure and no casting defects, providing excellent pressure-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance.
 N Designates Normalized Treatment :A105N undergoes normalized heat treatment to eliminate residual stress, refine grain structure, and improve low-temperature toughness and weldability.
 Flanged End Connections :RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges conform to ASME B16.5. Bolted connections allow easy installation and removal, with strong interchangeability with global piping components, suitable for applications requiring frequent maintenance.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
