Design Features

Flexible Wedge :Integrally cast flexible slot for automatic thermal deformation compensation, suitable for steam service and fluctuating temperature conditions.
 Rigid Solid Wedge :One-piece rigid wedge structure with precise sealing surface angle, ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
 RF Raised Face Flange Connection :Conforms to ASME B16.5 with 125–250 AARH surface finish. Suitable for non-severe cyclic service, featuring easy installation, reliable sealing and lower cost than RTJ gaskets.
 Full Bore Flow Passage (API 6D Requirement) :Seat bore matches pipeline inner diameter with extremely low flow resistance coefficient. Allows passage of pipeline pigs and meets intelligent pipeline inspection requirements.
 Pressure Seal Bonnet :Pressure-energized self-sealing design for Class 900 and above. Sealing performance improves with increasing media pressure via wedge gaskets.
 Fire-Safe Design (API 6D / API 607) :Metal-to-metal sealing remains effective after soft seals are burned out, preventing media leakage during fire conditions.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
