Design Features

Spherical Disc Design: The disc features a spherical or semi-spherical shape, creating line-contact sealing with the seat during rotation. This ensures uniform sealing pressure, minimal wear and long service life.
 Double Eccentric Design: The stem is offset from both the disc center and pipeline center, reducing friction during opening and closing, making it suitable for medium and high-pressure applications.
 Triple Eccentric Design: An angular offset is added to achieve frictionless metal-to-metal operation, ideal for extreme high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
 Multi-Layer Sealing System: Soft sealing (PTFE/RPTFE/graphite with metal insert) or metal sealing (Stellite/nickel-based alloy) is available to achieve bubble-tight zero leakage or high-temperature & high-pressure sealing.
 All-Metal Hard Sealing: Triple eccentric structure combined with Stellite overlay seat provides high temperature resistance up to +650℃ and pressure rating up to Class 1500LB.
 Wafer / Lug / Flange Type Body: Compact structure, lightweight and requiring small installation space, adaptable to various pipeline connection types.

Oil & Gas Long-Distance Pipelines: Used for mainline block and station control of crude oil, refined oil products and natural gas, providing reliable large-bore high-pressure shut-off.
 Refining & Chemical Plants: Suitable for regulation and isolation of high-temperature and high-pressure process media in catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, ethylene cracking and other units.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
