Structural Features

Stainless Steel Construction The valve body is made of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, featuring high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and wide chemical compatibility.
 Y-Type Design The fluid passage is inclined at 45°, offering low flow resistance and low pressure drop. Cleaning and blowdown can be performed without interrupting pipeline operation.
 Flanged Connection Equipped with RF (Raised Face) flanged connections in accordance with ANSI B16.5 standard, ensuring reliable connection and sealing with the piping system.
 Precision Strainer Screen Built-in stainless steel screen with various pore sizes (typically optional from 20 mesh to 400 mesh), effectively intercepting solid particles and impurities to protect downstream equipment.
 Removable End Cap A bolted blowdown port or blind cap is provided at the bottom for quick disassembly and cleaning, reducing maintenance downtime.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
