Construction Features

Super Duplex Stainless Steel F53 Material Key components including body, ball and stem are forged or cast from ASTM A182 F53 (UNS S32750, 2507) super duplex stainless steel. Containing 25% Cr, 7% Ni, 4% Mo and 0.3% N, this material features a combined austenitic-ferritic structure, with twice the strength of standard stainless steel and significantly better corrosion resistance than 316L and 317L.
 Flanged Connection Design RF (Raised Face) and RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanged connections are applied in compliance with ASME B16.5, enabling easy integration with standard piping systems, convenient installation and maintenance, and suitability for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
 Optional Floating or Trunnion Mounted Ball Structure Depending on size and pressure class, floating ball (for sizes below DN50) and trunnion mounted ball (for sizes above DN50) structures are available. The floating ball design is economical and practical, while the trunnion type is ideal for high-pressure and large-bore applications.
 Full Bore Design The ball bore matches the pipeline inner diameter, providing extremely low flow resistance and pressure drop, and facilitating pigging and inspection. It is especially suitable for pipelines with solid particles or requiring PIG cleaning.

Applications

Offshore Oil Platforms: Used in seawater injection, cooling water, fire water and ballast water systems, resisting seawater corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
 Seawater Desalination: Applied in high-pressure seawater and brine systems of reverse osmosis (RO) and multi-stage flash (MSF) plants.
 Chemical & Petrochemical Industry: Suitable for acidic environments containing chloride, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, such as chlor-alkali industry, fertilizer plants and refinery hydrocracking units.
 Oil & Gas Exploitation: Used in oil and gas field production and gathering systems with H₂S, CO₂ and high chloride content, meeting NACE requirements for sour service.
 Marine Vessels: Applied in seawater cooling, ballast water, bilge water and exhaust gas cleaning (EGCS) systems with excellent seawater corrosion resistance.
 Environmental & Water Treatment: Used in high-salinity wastewater, direct seawater utilization and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
