Structural Features

Overall Hardened Sealing Surfaces :The seat and disc sealing surfaces are overlaid with Stellite alloy or treated with case-hardened Grade 5A duplex stainless steel, reaching a hardness of HRC 35–45. They feature erosion and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliable sealing.
 Spring-Assisted Closure :Equipped with torsion springs made of Inconel X-750 or Hastelloy alloy, which offer excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. This ensures prompt disc reset under low pressure differential and horizontal installation conditions to prevent backflow.
 Fixed Central Shaft Structure :The disc hinge shaft passes through the valve body and is fixed at both ends in the body shaft bores, providing stable support, preventing disc detachment and vibration, and adapting to pulsating flow and high pressure differential service conditions.
 Thrust Ring & Positioning Structure :A thrust ring is integrated on the outer circumference of the valve body to ensure accurate positioning during flange clamping, prevent valve body displacement caused by medium pressure, and maintain sealing reliability.

Offshore Engineering & Marine :Seawater cooling systems, ballast water systems, bilge water systems, fire fighting systems. Resists seawater corrosion and biofouling.
 Seawater Desalination :Inlet and outlet water control for reverse osmosis (RO) and multi-stage flash (MSF) units, with high resistance to chloride ion corrosion.
 Petrochemical Industry :Check valve for oil and gas media containing H₂S, CO₂ and chlorides, suitable for sour service environments (compliant with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156).
 Chemical Industry :Pump outlet check for strong acids, strong alkalis, salt solutions and organic solvents, preventing backflow damage to equipment.
 General Industry :One-way control in piping systems for compressed air, nitrogen, steam, etc., simplifying pipeline design.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
