Construction Features

Premium Stainless Steel Material: The valve body is cast or forged from CF8 (304), CF8M (316), CF3 (304L), CF3M (316L), CN7M (Alloy 20), CK3MCuN (254SMO) and other stainless steels, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and superior hygienic performance, complying with material specifications worldwide.
 Multi-Standard Compatible Design: Designed to meet API 623/600 (American Petroleum Institute), ANSI B16.34/B16.10 (American National Standards Institute), BS 1873/BS 5352 (British Standards Institution) simultaneously, ensuring global universality and interchangeability of the valve.
 Straight-Through or Angle Pattern Structure: Available in straight-through (T-type) and angle (Y-type) flow passage designs. The straight-through type offers moderate pressure drop and good regulating performance; the angle type features lower flow resistance, suitable for pressure-drop-sensitive applications or limited installation spaces.
 Disc Guiding Structure: The disc is equipped with precision guide ribs or bushings to ensure accurate alignment between the disc and seat during opening and closing, reducing sealing surface wear and improving sealing reliability and service life.

1. Are you a trading company or factory? 
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license. 

2. Do you have certificate? 
Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
