Structural Features

Forged Steel Material :The valve body is made of forged A105 carbon steel, F304 or F316 stainless steel, featuring high strength, excellent toughness and resistance to intergranular corrosion.
 Welded Flange Design :The valve body and flange adopt an integrated structure formed by butt welding or socket welding, eliminating potential leakage points, while combining the convenience of flanged connection for assembly and disassembly with the reliability of welded sealing.
 Flexible Wedge / Solid Wedge :Flexible wedge (suitable for steam systems) or solid wedge (suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions) is available, achieving tight sealing and low operating torque.
 Full Bore Flow Passage :The seat bore matches the inner diameter of the pipeline, with a low flow resistance coefficient, ideal for pigging operations and high-viscosity medium transportation.
 Self-Sealing Bonnet :Pressure-activated self-sealing bonnet design (for pressure class ≥ 900LB), with sealing performance enhanced as medium pressure increases.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
