Structural Features

Floating Ball Design :Under medium pressure, the ball floats slightly along the flow direction and closely contacts the downstream valve seat to form reliable sealing. It delivers excellent tightness under ultra-high pressure conditions, featuring a simple, robust structure and relatively low operating torque.
 Reinforced Seat Sealing :The valve seat adopts RPTFE (glass fiber reinforced PTFE), PEEK or metal hard seal. It features strong resistance to high-pressure deformation and a low friction coefficient, achieving bubble-tight sealing performance. PEEK material offers a continuous temperature resistance up to +300℃ and superior pressure resistance compared with conventional PTFE.
 Anti-Blowout & Anti-Drop Stem Structure :The integrally forged anti-blowout stem is designed with multiple retaining shoulders at the bottom, preventing stem ejection under abnormal ultra-high pressure conditions and ensuring operational safety.
 Anti-Static Device :Built-in high-conductivity springs or steel balls maintain electrical continuity among the ball, stem and valve body. It eliminates static accumulation and meets the application requirements of explosive and hazardous areas.

Petrochemical Industry: Medium shut-off for wellhead units, Christmas trees, fracturing equipment and high-pressure chemical injection systems, suitable for corrosive environments containing H₂S and CO₂.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
