Structural Features

Valve Body: Cast steels per ASTM A216/A217/A351, including WCB, WCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, CF8, CF8M, etc.
 Disc: WCB/CF8/CF8M with STL hardfacing, duplex stainless steel, Inconel alloy
 Advantages: High strength, resistance to high-temperature creep, good castability, suitable for large-bore and high-pressure working conditions.
 Single Eccentric: Stem offset from the disc center, eliminating initial contact friction between the disc and seat.
 Double Eccentric: Stem offset from the pipeline center, enabling quick disengagement of the disc from the seat.
 Triple Eccentric: Conical sealing surface is angularly offset from the seat centerline, achieving frictionless rotation and progressive metal sealing.
 Metal-to-Metal Zero-Leak Sealing: Disc and seat are hardfaced with STL, nickel-based alloy or tungsten carbide, featuring high temperature and pressure resistance, fire-safe design, and achieving Class VI zero leakage.

Oil & Gas Long-Distance Pipelines: Used for mainline block and station control of crude oil, refined products and natural gas, replacing large-bore gate valves to reduce weight and cost.
Refining & Chemical Plants: Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure and large-bore process pipelines in FCC, hydrocracking, ethylene cracking and other units.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical...

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
