Structural Features

Carbon Steel Material: Key pressure-retaining components such as the valve body and bonnet are made of high-quality carbon steel (e.g., WCB, WCC), featuring high strength, excellent toughness and moderate corrosion resistance. They can withstand high pressure and temperature, ensuring the valve's structural integrity and long-term stable operation under severe working conditions.
 Flanged Connection: Standard flanged connections are adopted (with sealing face types including RF, RTJ, etc.), complying with international standards such as ASME B16.5 or ASME B16.47. They feature easy installation, reliable sealing, convenient integration with existing piping systems, as well as easy later maintenance and overhaul.
 Handwheel Actuator: Equipped with a high-quality handwheel actuator that is lightweight and flexible to operate, enabling precise opening and closing control of the valve. The handwheel is ergonomically designed with moderate operating torque, allowing on-site personnel to perform switching operations quickly and accurately. Position indicators and locking devices can also be provided to prevent misoperation.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
