Design Features

Stainless Steel Construction: The valve body and disc are cast or forged from stainless steels such as CF8 (304), CF8M (316), and CF3M (316L), delivering excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic performance.
 Single Disc Design: The single-piece disc rotates around a fixed shaft with a large opening angle, low flow resistance, quick closing, and low water hammer effect.
 Wafer-Type Compact Structure: The valve body is much thinner than flanged check valves, lightweight and requiring minimal installation space, ideal for compact piping layouts.
 Dual Guide Rib Structure: Upper and lower guide ribs are integrated inside the valve body to ensure stable disc operation, preventing jamming and vibration.
 Spring-Assisted Closure: Stainless steel springs are available as an option for reliable closure in any mounting orientation, with outstanding sealing performance under low-pressure conditions.

Applications

Pump Discharge Protection: Installed at the outlet of centrifugal pumps and metering pumps to prevent media backflow and impeller damage during pump shutdown.
 Compressor Systems: Used at the inlet and outlet of air compressors and gas compressors to prevent reverse rotation and gas backflow when the unit is stopped.
 Boiler Feed Water: Suitable for steam boiler feed water pipelines to prevent backflow of steam or hot water from contaminating the feed water system.
 Chemical Processing: Applied in piping systems for corrosive acids, alkalis and salt solutions, with stainless steel construction ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
 HVAC Systems: Used in cooling water and hot water circulation systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to prevent water backflow when pumps stop operating.
 Marine Engineering: The compact structure is ideal for confined spaces onboard vessels, used in ballast water, bilge water and fuel oil systems.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
