Construction Features

Premium High-Temperature Resistant Bronze Material: The valve body and disc are cast from high-temperature resistant bronze alloys including C95800 (aluminum bronze), C95500 (nickel aluminum bronze), C83600 (tin bronze), featuring excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and seawater erosion resistance. It is especially suitable for high-temperature, humid and marine environments.
 Wafer or Lug Structure: Available in wafer and lug body configurations. The wafer type is lightweight and low-cost, suitable for general service; the lug type allows bi-directional pressure and facilitates end-of-line maintenance, ideal for critical applications.
 Concentric or Double Eccentric Design: Offered in concentric design (rubber seal) and double eccentric design (metal seal). The concentric type is economical and practical, while the double eccentric type provides better high-temperature resistance and superior sealing performance.
 High-Temperature Resistant Disc Seal: The disc edge is fitted with high-temperature resistant elastic materials (such as PTFE, RPTFE, flexible graphite) or metal seal rings to ensure reliable sealing under high-temperature conditions. The metal-sealed version can be used up to +400℃.
 

Applications

Marine & Offshore Engineering: Used for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant control in seawater cooling systems, ballast water systems, bilge water systems and fuel oil systems.
 HVAC Systems: Applied for regulation and isolation of high-temperature media in hot water systems, steam systems and district heating networks.
 Industrial Cooling Water Systems: For high-temperature cooling water circulation control in power plants, chemical plants and steel mills.
 Steam Systems: Used for regulation and isolation of low-pressure steam; metal-sealed version is suitable up to +400℃.
 Seawater Desalination: Applied in high-temperature seawater control for multi-stage flash (MSF) and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
 Fire Protection Systems: Used in fire water systems on ships and buildings; bronze material provides excellent seawater corrosion resistance.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
