Structural Features

Forged Steel Valve Body :Manufactured from forged steel grades such as ASTM A105, A350 LF2 or A182 F304/F316, featuring dense structure, high strength, excellent high-pressure resistance and good low-temperature impact resistance.
 Angle-Type Design :Inlet and outlet form a 90° angle, optimizing the flow path of ammonia medium, reducing turbulence and pressure drop, and suitable for installation in space-constrained environments.
 Flanged Connection :Equipped with RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring-Type Joint) flanges complying with ASME B16.5, ensuring reliable sealing and easy connection to high-pressure piping systems.
 Rising Stem Design :The stem moves vertically with a short opening and closing stroke, low operating torque, and clear visual indication of open/closed status.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
