Structural Features

Designed to DIN German Industrial Standards: Strictly conforms to DIN 3202 face-to-face dimensions, DIN EN 1092-1 flanges, DIN EN 12516 pressure-temperature ratings, and DIN 3230 testing standards. Fully compatible with European piping systems, ensuring zero risk in design, procurement, and construction.
 Grey Cast Iron (GG25/GJL-250): Manufactured to DIN EN 1561, featuring low cost, good castability, and excellent vibration and noise damping. Suitable for medium-pressure water and steam systems up to PN25.
 Carbon Steel WCB (GS-C25/1.0619): Produced in accordance with DIN 17245, offering high strength, good toughness, and excellent weldability. Ideal for high-pressure PN40 applications and conditions with fluctuating temperatures.
 Medium to High Pressure Ratings PN25–PN40: PN25 (2.5 MPa) for medium-pressure systems; PN40 (4.0 MPa) for high-pressure service, covering the mainstream pressure ratings in European industry.

District Heating Systems :Used for on-off control and regulation of medium- and high--pressure steam and hot water in main heating networks and heat transfer stations in Northern and Central Europe. GG25 provides economical and durable performance, while WCB meets high-pressure requirement.
 Chemical Plants (European Standards) :Suitable for chemical projects complying with DIN/EN standards for media shut-off and throttling control. WCB material withstands temperature fluctuations.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
