Structural Features

Cast Iron (GG25/GGG40): Manufactured to DIN 1691 / EN 1561 standards. Low cost with good castability, suitable for steam and water systems up to ≤200℃, widely used in building HVAC and municipal heating systems.
Cast Steel (WCB/GS-C25): Manufactured to DIN 17245 / EN 10213 standards. High strength and excellent temperature resistance, suitable for steam systems up to ≤300℃, with outstanding pressure and erosion resistance.
PN16 Pressure Class: Nominal pressure 1.6 MPa (16 bar), suitable for medium and low-pressure steam and water systems with sufficient safety margin, complying with EN 1092-1 flange standards.
Bellow Seal Design: The stem is dynamically sealed with multi-layer stainless steel bellows (SS304/SS316/SS321), completely eliminating leakage risks associated with conventional packing seals.
Back Seat Design: A metal seal is formed between the stem and the bonnet in the fully open position, allowing online bellows replacement or overhaul to improve system availability.

Building HVAC Systems: Used for riser regulation and shut-off in steam heating and hot water supply systems. Cast iron construction is economical, and bellows seal meets indoor environmental protection requirements.
Industrial Steam Pipe Networks: For precise regulation and reliable isolation of power steam distribution and equipment steam supply in plants. Cast steel construction provides excellent temperature and pressure resistance.
Chemical & Light Industry: Controls medium and low-pressure steam, hot water and condensate. Bellows seal prevents leakage of hazardous media.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
