Structural Features

Forged Steel Material :The valve body is forged from CF8 (304), CF8M (316), F304, F316 stainless steel or A105 carbon steel, featuring high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. It can withstand pressure and temperature variations under extreme working conditions.
Three-Piece Design :The valve body consists of three sections: the middle body holds the ball and seats, while the two side bodies connect to the pipeline. This design facilitates valve disassembly, maintenance and online servicing, significantly reducing downtime.
Fixed Ball Design :The ball is supported and fixed in the valve body by upper and lower stems and does not float under medium pressure, ensuring stable sealing under high differential pressure conditions. 
Gear Operating Mechanism :Equipped with a worm gearbox operator, it features low operating torque, labor-saving operation, and precise control of valve opening. It also has a self-locking function to prevent accidental opening or closing of the valve caused by medium pressure.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
