Structural Features

A105: Forged steel conforming to ASTM A105, featuring high strength and good toughness, suitable for non-corrosive media such as water, oil and steam.
 F304: Forged steel conforming to ASTM A182 F304, resistant to general corrosion, suitable for chemical, food and other industries.
 F316: Forged steel conforming to ASTM A182 F316, containing molybdenum for excellent pitting corrosion resistance, suitable for chloride environments and corrosive media.
 Compact Body Design: The forged steel valve body features uniform wall thickness and a compact structure. It is 20%–30% lighter than cast steel valve bodies of the same specification, with more uniform thermal stress distribution.
 Flexible Wedge Gate: Integrally forged flexible slot structure automatically compensates for thermal deformation, suitable for steam service and applications with fluctuating temperatures.
 Rigid Wedge Gate: One-piece wedge structure with precise sealing surface angles, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions.

Application Fields

Petrochemical Industry: Used for high-pressure material isolation in oil refining and chemical plants. A105 is suitable for oil products, while F316 is applicable for corrosive media.
 Offshore Engineering: F316 features excellent seawater corrosion resistance, suitable for ballast water, cooling water and fire water systems on ships and platforms.
 Sour Oil & Gas Fields: Compliant with NACE standards, suitable for the exploitation and gathering & transportation systems of sour natural gas and crude oil containing H₂S and CO₂.
 Low-Temperature Service: F304/F316 with cryogenic treatment is suitable for low-temperature media down to -196℃ such as LNG, liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
