Structural Features

Designed to DIN Standards: Strictly complies with German and European standards including DIN 3202, DIN EN 593 and DIN EN 1092. Face-to-face dimensions and flange compatibility conform to DIN specifications, ensuring full compatibility with European piping systems.
CE Certified (PED 2014/68/EU): Certified in accordance with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive, authorizing sale and use within EU member states. Meets European safety, health and environmental requirements, providing authoritative market access assurance.
Cast Iron Body (GG25/GJL-250): Manufactured from EN-GJL-250 (0.6025, equivalent to GG25) cast iron, featuring low cost, excellent vibration damping and easy machinability. Suitable for non-corrosive or slightly corrosive media such as water, oil and gas. Prohibited for use with flammable gases or steam.
Wafer-Type Structure: The valve body is a thin disc without flanges on both sides, clamped between pipeline flanges through long bolts passing through bolt holes. With extremely short face-to-face length (DIN 3202 K1 series) and over 60% weight reduction, it saves installation space and piping support costs.
 

Applications

Industrial Fluid Control: Medium and low-pressure control of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, light fuel oil and cooling fluids, featuring excellent oil resistance of NBR.
Water Treatment & Environmental Protection: Sewage treatment plants, reclaimed water reuse and industrial circulating water systems, economical and efficient for large diameters.
Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering: Ballast water, bilge water and non-critical fuel oil systems; aluminum bronze disc is available for seawater resistance.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
