Construction Features

ASTM A105N Forged Steel Body: The valve body is integrally die-forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel, featuring a dense grain structure free of casting defects, resulting in significantly higher pressure-bearing capacity than cast valves. The suffix "N" indicates normalized heat treatment, which relieves residual stress, refines grains, improves low-temperature toughness down to -46°C, and enhances weldability, meeting NACE requirements for hydrogen sulfide resistance.
 12" (DN300) Large Bore: A common large size for industrial high-pressure pipelines with high flow capacity, fully compatible with standard piping components, supported by mature manufacturing technology and full quality traceability.
 900LB (PN150 / Class 900) High-Pressure Rating: Rated working pressure is approximately 15.0 MPa (150 bar), suitable for extreme service conditions such as high-pressure natural gas, hydrogenation units, and supercritical power generation. Sufficient wall thickness ensures a high safety factor.

High-pressure sections of long-distance natural gas pipelines :Inlet and outlet shut-off service for high-pressure compressor stations, underground gas storage facilities and city gate stations, withstanding pressures above 15 MPa.
 Hydrogenation units in petroleum refining :High-pressure hydrogen systems (10–20 MPa) for hydrocracking and hydrotreating, meeting NACE requirements for hydrogen embrittlement resistance.
 High-pressure synthesis in coal chemical industry :Syngas systems (6–12 MPa) for coal-to-liquid and coal-to-gas processes, resistant to erosion and corrosion.
 High-pressure LNG export :Outlet of high-pressure export pumps at LNG receiving terminals; low-temperature type down to -46°C ensures reliable performance.
 High-pressure systems on offshore platforms :High-pressure water injection, gas injection and crude oil export systems; A105N material provides resistance to marine corrosion.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
