Structural Features

Resilient Seat Sealing :The seat is made of PTFE, RPTFE (glass fiber reinforced PTFE), PPL (polyphenylene) or metal hard seal, adapting to different temperatures and medium characteristics to achieve bubble-tight sealing. For high-temperature applications, Stellite alloy overlay welded metal seal is available as an option.
 Flanged or Butt-Weld Connection :RF raised face, RTJ ring-type joint flanges or butt-weld ends are adopted in accordance with ASME B16.5/B16.25 standards, ensuring reliable connection with high-pressure piping systems and excellent sealing performance.
 Stem Blowout-Proof & Anti-Static Design :The stem features an integrally forged blowout-proof structure with built-in anti-static springs or steel balls, ensuring electrical continuity between the ball, stem and valve body to eliminate static accumulation and meet requirements for hazardous explosive areas.
 Fire-Safe Design :Compliant with API 6FA/6FB standards. In the event of fire, after the polymer seal is burned away, the metal seat contacts the ball to form a metal-to-metal seal and prevent medium leakage.
 Low Operating Torque :The floating ball design combined with low-friction seats delivers low operating torque, allowing the use of compact actuators and reducing automation costs.

Applications

Petrochemical Refining :Controls high-temperature and high-pressure hydrogen and oil-gas media in hydrocracking, hydrotreating, and catalytic reforming units, resisting hydrogen corrosion and hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
 Coal Chemical Industry :Shuts off high-temperature syngas, water gas, and coke oven gas in coal gasification, coal-to-liquid, and coal-to-natural gas plants, adapting to high-temperature, high-pressure, and mildly corrosive environments.
 Synthetic Ammonia & Fertilizer :Manages high-temperature and high-pressure process gases in synthesis towers, shift converters, and methanators, resisting corrosion from hydrogen, nitrogen, and ammonia.
 Natural Gas Processing :Used in desulfurization, dehydration, and sulfur recovery units for sour natural gas containing H₂S and CO₂, resisting sulfide stress cracking (SSC).
 Metallurgical Industry :Controls high-temperature and high-pressure media such as blast furnace gas, converter gas, and coke oven gas, resisting CO corrosion.
 General Industry :Provides reliable shutoff for high-temperature oil, gas, steam, and other media, replacing carbon steel valves to extend service life.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
