Construction Features

Designed in accordance with API 600 standard: strictly conforms to API 600 Steel Gate Valves, Bolted Bonnet, for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries, covering the whole process of design, materials and testing, ensuring valve reliability and global interchangeability in oil, gas and industrial applications.
 Cast CF8/CF8M stainless steel body: precision cast from ASTM A351 CF8 (304, 18%Cr/8%Ni) or CF8M (316, 18%Cr/10%Ni/2%Mo). 
CF8 is suitable for general corrosive service; CF8M contains molybdenum, providing significantly better resistance to chloride pitting corrosion and reducing acid corrosion than CF8, making it ideal for severe applications such as seawater, salt spray, acid and alkali environments.
 Flexible wedge design: the flexible solid wedge automatically compensates for angular misalignment and thermal deformation of the seat sealing faces, achieving reliable bi-directional sealing, avoiding high-pressure binding, and suitable for fluctuating temperature conditions.
 OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke): the stem threads are exposed, providing clear visual indication of opening position, with easy lubrication and maintenance; this is the recommended construction per API 600.
 NRS (Non-Rising Stem): the stem does not rise, resulting in a low overall height, suitable for underground installation or space-restricted applications.

Applications

Chemical Industry :Provides reliable shut-off for corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents and polymers. CF8M offers excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
 Petroleum Refining :Controls corrosive oils and sour media in atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydrotreating units.
 Marine & Shipbuilding Engineering :Used in seawater cooling systems, ballast water systems and fire-afighting systems. CF8M resists seawater pitting and crevice corrosion.
 Natural Gas Processing :Suitable for sour natural gas gathering and transportation containing CO₂ and H₂S, complying with NACE requirements for hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance.
 Seawater Desalination :Controls high-pressure seawater and brine in reverse osmosis (RO) and multi-effect distillation (MED) plants.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
