Structural Features

One-Piece Integral Structure (1PC) :The valve body adopts an integral single-piece construction without separate connections, achieving minimized volume, lightest weight and lowest cost. The ball is installed from one end of the valve body and fixed by a special gland or threaded end. The structure is extremely compact, eliminating potential leakage points common in two-piece or three-piece valves. It is ideal for applications with extremely limited installation space and cost-sensitive projects.
 Locking Handle Design :Standard equipped with butterfly handle or lever handle with locking holes, allowing valve locking with padlocks, lead seals or special locking devices to prevent misoperation, unauthorized operation and accidental opening/closing. It complies with safety operation regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, especially suitable for industrial environments requiring strict safety control.
 Threaded End Connection :The valve body ports adopt standard female threads of NPT (ASME B1.20.1) or BSPT (ISO 7-1). Matching with standard male taper threads provides dual protection of mechanical seal and thread seal. No flanges or gaskets are required, enabling simple and fast installation, which is suitable for small-sized piping systems.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
