Structural Features

High-Quality Material Selection: The valve body adopts DIN standard materials such as GG25/GG40 cast iron, GP240GH/GS-C25 cast steel, or 1.0619/1.4408 stainless steel, balancing economy, strength and corrosion resistance to meet the requirements of different working conditions
Flanged Connection Design: Flanges complying with DIN EN 1092-1 (PN10/16/25/40) or compatible ANSI flanges are adopted, facilitating integration with DIN standard piping systems and enabling convenient installation and maintenance.
Bellows Seal Structure: Multi-layer stainless steel bellows (1.4571/316Ti) are installed between the valve stem and bonnet to form a reliable dynamic sealing barrier, completely eliminating the leakage risk of conventional packing seals.
Dual Sealing Assurance: Bellows serve as the primary seal, with graphite packing provided as a secondary safety seal. Temporary sealing is still ensured even in the event of accidental bellows failure.

1. Are you a trading company or factory? 
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license. 

2. Do you have certificate? 
Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
