Structural Features

One-piece Forged Stainless Steel Body :The valve body and end caps are integrally forged from premium stainless steel materials including ASTM A182 F304/F316/F316L, or ASTM A105 with F304/F316 hardfacing. The forged structure features dense and uniform metallographic structure without casting defects, delivering remarkably higher pressure resistance than cast valves and outstanding corrosion resistance. It is fully qualified for 2000 WOG (13.8 MPa) high-pressure service.
 Two-Piece (2PC) Body Construction :The valve body consists of two segmented parts connected by high-strength fasteners. With compact layout, light weight and cost-effective design, it adopts a simpler structure compared with three-piece valves and provides easier maintenance than one-piece valves, serving as an optimal solution balancing reliable performance and economic efficiency.
 2000 WOG High Pressure Rating :Rated working pressure reaches 2000 psi (13.8 MPa), meeting stringent service requirements of high-pressure instrument lines, hydraulic lines, chemical injection lines and small high-pressure process equipment. The wall thickness, bolt load and sealing configuration are all engineered in full compliance with high-pressure design specifications.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
