Structural Features

Floating Ball Design :The ball floats slightly in the flow direction under medium pressure and fits tightly with the downstream seat to form a reliable seal. It delivers excellent sealing performance under medium and high pressure conditions with a simple and robust structure.
 Elastic Seat Seal :The seat is made of PTFE, RPTFE (glass fiber reinforced PTFE) or PPL (polyphenylene), featuring extremely low friction coefficient and outstanding chemical stability, achieving bubble-tight sealing, low opening and closing torque, and easy operation.
 Blowout-Proof Stem Design :An anti-blowout step is provided at the bottom of the stem to prevent the stem from being pushed out by medium pressure under abnormal internal pressure, ensuring operational safety.
 Anti-Static Device :Built-in conductive spring or steel ball ensures electrical continuity between the ball, stem and valve body, eliminates static accumulation, and meets the requirements for use in explosion-proof applications.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
