1. Clear Manual Opening/Closing Indication
The ball, valve stem and handle constitute an integrated moving assembly. The valve stem features a flat square end for intuitive position recognition. The valve is fully open when the flat square of the handle or valve stem runs parallel to the pipeline axis, and fully closed when perpendicular to the pipeline axis.

2. Anti-misoperation Locking Structure
The valve supports locking at both fully open and fully closed positions, adapting to on-site installation and working conditions that forbid incorrect operation. Fitted with a positioning plate with lock holes, the valve can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation by unauthorized personnel.

3. Valve Stem Anti-blowout & Anti-leakage Structure
A boss structure is designed at the lower section of the valve stem to eliminate potential safety risks. It effectively prevents valve stem blowout and medium ejection that may cause personal injury during pressurized operation or pressure relief for maintenance. Under extreme working conditions such as fire, even if the packing and thrust bearing are damaged, the valve stem boss can fit tightly with the valve body sealing surface to avoid massive medium leakage.

4. Anti-static Structure
Friction between the ball and non-metallic valve seat during valve operation generates static charge that accumulates on the ball. The built-in anti-static device establishes a static discharge channel through the ball, valve stem and valve body to export accumulated static electricity, avoid static spark generation and ensure safe operation.

5. Fire-safe Structure
In fire scenarios, after non-metallic components including valve seat and packing are burnt out, the ball can make direct contact with the valve body metal surface to block large-scale medium leakage and restrain fire spread. The fire-safe and anti-static design fully complies with API 607, JB/T 6899 and BS 6755 Part 2 standards.

6. Central Flange Zero External Leakage Structure
The valve body connection adopts a dual sealing structure combining gasket sealing and metal-to-metal shoulder contact. This tenon flange structure resists leakage induced by high temperature, fire, pipeline vibration and other adverse factors, realizing zero external leakage and maintaining high sealing stability of the valve.

7. Reliable Multi-condition Valve Seat Sealing Structure

Developed with years of manufacturing experience and international advanced technologies, the optimized double-line self-relief valve seat structure ensures reliable sealing under high pressure, low pressure and vacuum conditions. Under low pressure, the small contact area between the valve seat and the ball provides high specific sealing pressure for tight sealing. Under high pressure, the increased contact area enables the valve seat to withstand medium thrust without damage.

For low-pressure, ultra-low-pressure and vacuum working conditions, a spring-loaded valve seat structure is adopted to compensate for the attenuation of pre-tightening force and guarantee long-term reliable sealing. For medium and high-temperature conditions, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) sealing rings are applicable for temperatures up to 300°C, while metal sealing composite structures are used for higher temperature scenarios. All sealing structures support one-way sealing performance.

When the medium trapped in the valve cavity generates abnormal pressure rise due to changes in pipeline pressure or medium temperature, the medium can push the valve seat to realize automatic pressure relief, eliminating overpressure risks and ensuring safe valve operation.

Our ball valves are available in full bore and reduced bore series to meet diverse user demands. The full bore ball valve features an inner diameter consistent with the pipeline, offering minimum fluid resistance and convenient pipeline pigging. The reduced bore ball valve weighs only about 70% of the full bore type of the same caliber, effectively reducing costs. Its fluid resistance coefficient is merely 1/7 of that of a same-caliber globe valve, making it widely applied in industrial fields for high cost performance.

Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.4 staff inspect during production in different sections.5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical...
 
4. How big factories do you have?
We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 
 
5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 
 
6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 
 
7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
