Structural Features

2-Piece Body Structure (2PC): The valve body is divided into left and right halves connected by high-strength bolts, featuring a compact structure, light weight and cost-effective design. It offers easier maintenance compared with 1-piece valves and lower cost than 3-piece valves, making it an optimal choice balancing high-cycle performance and economy.
Threaded End Connections: The valve body is equipped with female NPT (ASME B16.20.1) or BSPT (ISO 7-1) standard threads. When matched with standard male tapered pipe threads, they provide dual protection of mechanical seal and thread seal. Installation is simple and fast without flanges or gaskets, making it suitable for small-sized piping systems.
 Floating Ball Design: The ball floats slightly in the flow direction under medium pressure and fits tightly with the downstream seat to achieve a reliable seal. It delivers excellent sealing performance under low to medium pressure conditions with a simple and robust structure.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
