Structural Features

Flexible Wedge: Integrally cast with a flexible slot structure, automatically compensating for thermal deformation and seat wear, suitable for steam service and applications with fluctuating temperatures.
Rigid Solid Wedge: One-piece solid wedge design with precise sealing surface angle, ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
Full Bore Flow Passage: The seat bore matches the inner diameter of the pipeline, featuring an extremely low flow resistance coefficient and low pressure drop, suitable for pigging operations and high-viscosity medium transportation.
Flanged / Butt Weld End Connections: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges conform to ASME B16.5; BW (Butt Weld) ends comply with ASME B16.25, adapting to various installation requirements.
Pressure-Self-Sealing Bonnet: For pressure classes 900LB and above, a pressure-self-sealing bonnet is adopted. The wedge gasket enhances sealing performance as medium pressure increases.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
