Structural Features

C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze Construction (ASTM B148 UNS C95800) :The valve body, end caps and ball are cast or forged from ASTM B148 C95800 nickel aluminum bronze, containing nickel, aluminum, iron, manganese and other alloying elements. It provides exceptional seawater corrosion resistance, cavitation erosion resistance and anti-biofouling performance. With nearly zero corrosion rate in seawater, its resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion is far superior to stainless steel, making it ideal for extreme corrosive environments such as seawater, salt spray and marine atmospheres.
 3-Piece Body Structure (3PC) :The valve consists of a main body and two end caps connected by high-strength bolts, featuring a compact structure for convenient on-site disassembly and maintenance. Internal components including the ball, seats and seals can be replaced without removing the valve from the pipeline, greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs, especially suitable for long-term service in marine environments.
 Full Bore / Full Port Design :The bore diameter of the ball is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, resulting in extremely low pressure drop (nearly equal to a straight pipe) and significant energy-saving benefits. It allows smooth passage of pigs, inspection tools and fluids, ideal for marine applications requiring low flow resistance and pipeline pigging capability.

Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering :Valves for seawater cooling systems, ballast water systems, bilge water systems, fire-fighting systems and deck wash systems. The locking function prevents misoperation under rolling and pitching conditions.
 Seawater Desalination :Inlet and outlet water control for reverse osmosis, multi-stage flash distillation and electrodialysis units, resistant to high chloride ion corrosion.
 Coastal Power Plants :Valves for seawater circulating cooling systems, condenser inlet/outlet and desulfurization systems, suitable for coastal salt spray environments.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
