Structural Features

High-Quality Cast Steel Material "The valve body is made of ASTM A216/A217/A351 standard cast steel including WCB, WCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12, CF8 and CF8M, featuring high strength, good toughness and excellent resistance to high-temperature creep.
 Flanged End Connection "RF (Raised Face) and RTJ (Ring-Type Joint) flanges are adopted, complying with ASME B16.5 to ensure reliable installation and tight sealing, facilitating system maintenance and valve replacement.
 Conical / Spherical Disc :The disc adopts conical or spherical line-contact sealing with high specific sealing pressure, enabling reliable shut-off and precise regulation for both gaseous and liquid media.
 Guide Rib Structure :Guide ribs are integrated inside the valve body to ensure stable lifting of the disc, prevent vibration and seizure caused by high-velocity flow, and extend service life.
 Fully Guided Disc Design :The disc is fully guided by both the seat and guide ribs, ensuring accurate alignment of sealing surfaces and reducing wear.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
