Structural Features

Corrosion Resistance Mechanism: A dense composite oxide film of Al₂O₃ and NiO is formed on the surface, providing excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion.
Biocompatibility: Copper ions inhibit marine biofouling, reduce the growth of barnacles and algae, and lower maintenance costs.
Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥ 655 MPa, yield strength ≥ 290 MPa, hardness HB 150–200, suitable for medium and high-pressure service conditions.
Floating Ball: Suitable for sizes ≤ DN150 / Class 600LB. The medium pressure pushes the ball against the downstream seat to achieve self-energized sealing.
Trunnion Mounted Ball: Suitable for large-bore and high-pressure applications. The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings, ensuring stable operating torque.
Full Bore / Reduced Bore Design: Full bore design features nearly zero flow resistance, ideal for pigging operations; reduced bore design lowers costs and meets general service requirements.
Flanged End Connection: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard, enabling convenient installation and reliable sealing.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
