Construction Features

Cast Steel Material :The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel (such as WCB, WC6, WC9, etc.), featuring high strength, excellent toughness and high-temperature resistance. It can adapt to various severe working conditions and ensure the stability and reliability of the valve during long-term service.
 First Eccentricity :The centerline of the valve stem is offset from that of the seat sealing surface, reducing friction during valve opening and closing.
 Second Eccentricity :The centerline of the valve stem is offset from the pipeline centerline, further minimizing contact between the disc and the seat.
 Third Eccentricity :The seat sealing surface is inclined conical, forming linear contact with the disc to achieve completely frictionless operation, ensuring reliable metal sealing.
 Flanged Connection :Standard flanged connections are adopted in compliance with ASME B16.5 or ASME B16.47, guaranteeing reliable connection and sealing between the valve and the piping system. The flanged connection is easy to install, disassemble and maintain, making it suitable for large-bore, high-pressure piping systems.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
