Structural Features

Trunnion Mounted Ball Design in Accordance with API 6D: The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings, providing stable operating torque unaffected by medium pressure fluctuations. It is suitable for high pressure differential and large-bore applications, eliminating the high-pressure sticking issue of floating ball valves.
Flanged End Connections: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges conforming to ASME B16.5, fully compatible with long-distance pipeline systems.
Spring-Loaded Seat Design: Disc springs are installed behind the seats to ensure initial sealing at low pressure. At high pressure, the medium pressure enhances the sealing effect, achieving reliable sealing across the full pressure range.
Full Bore Design: The bore diameter of the ball matches the inner diameter of the pipeline with nearly zero flow resistance, ensuring smooth passage of pigs and meeting the requirements of pipeline intelligent pigging inspection.
Fire-Safe Design: In compliance with API 6FA standard, metal-to-metal sealing remains effective after soft seal burnout, preventing medium leakage in case of fire.

Applications

Long-Distance Pipeline Block Valving: Used as large-bore high-pressure block valves for trunk lines of crude oil, refined petroleum products and natural gas to realize sectional isolation of pipelines.
Station Facilities: Suitable for inlet/outlet isolation and process switching in initial stations, terminal stations, compressor stations and distribution stations.
Pig Launching & Receiving: Full bore design ensures smooth passage of pigs, serving as isolation valves for pig launchers and receivers.
Subsea Pipeline Terminations: Designed with API 6DSS certification, gearboxes equipped with ROV operational interfaces, suitable for PLET/PLEM applications.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
