Design Features

Premium Cast Steel Construction: The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel (ASTM A216), featuring high strength, excellent toughness and weldability, suitable for non-corrosive media such as water, oil and steam.
 Flexible Wedge / Solid Wedge: Flexible wedge (for steam systems with automatic deformation compensation) or solid wedge (for high temperature and high pressure applications) is available to achieve tight sealing.
 Full Bore Design: The seat bore matches the pipe inner diameter, with low flow resistance coefficient and reduced pressure drop, ideal for pigging operations and high-viscosity media transportation.
 Flanged Connection: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges are adopted in accordance with ASME B16.5, ensuring reliable sealing of connections.
 Pressure-Self-Sealing Bonnet: Pressure classes of 900LB and above are equipped with pressure-self-sealing bonnets, whose sealing performance is enhanced as the media pressure increases.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
