Structural Features

Gate Design: Designed with either flexible gate or solid gate to ensure complete shut-off of medium flow and achieve zero-leakage sealing when the valve is closed.
Full Bore Design: The flow passage is straight-through when the valve is fully open, minimizing pressure drop, making it suitable for applications requiring full flow passage.
Fire-Safe Design: Complies with API 607 standard. The valve can maintain sealing performance and prevent medium leakage even in fire conditions.
Stem Blowout-Proof Design: The stem adopts a blowout-proof structure to ensure operational safety and prevent the stem from being blown out by medium pressure.
Flanged Connection: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring-Type Joint) flanged connections are adopted, conforming to ASME B16.5 standard, ensuring reliable installation and tight sealing.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
