Structural Features

Stainless Steel Construction: Valve body, bonnet and disc are cast from ASTM A351 CF8 (SS304) or CF8M (SS316) stainless steel, or forged from A182 F304/F316 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and hygienic performance. It is suitable for corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, salts and food media, with a smooth surface for easy cleaning.
 Flanged End Connections :RF raised face or FM male-and-female flanges are adopted in accordance with ASME B16.5 or EN 1092-1. Reliable sealing is achieved with standard flange gaskets, featuring easy installation, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and high compatibility with stainless steel piping systems.
 Swing Disc Structure :The disc is hinged to the valve body cavity via a rocker arm. During forward medium flow, the disc swings open around the hinge under fluid force, providing a smooth flow passage with an extremely low flow resistance coefficient (close to gate valves of the same specification). When medium backflow or stoppage occurs, the disc closes rapidly under self-weight and reverse pressure to prevent backflow and water hammer.

Chemical Industry: One-way flow control for corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt solutions and organic solvents, preventing backflow contamination and reaction runaway, protecting pumps and reactors.
Oil & Gas Industry: Pump outlets and compressor outlets in refineries, chemical plants and long-distance pipelines, preventing media backflow and damage to rotating equipment during shutdown.
Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering: Large-bore pipelines for bilge water, ballast water, cooling water and fuel oil systems, suitable for marine corrosive environments and rolling conditions, in compliance with classification society rules.
Power Industry: Large-flow check service for cooling water systems, condensate systems and circulating water systems, protecting water pumps and steam turbines.
General Industry: One-way control for stainless steel piping systems such as compressed air, nitrogen and inert gases, simplifying pipeline design.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
