Structural Features

Flange End Connection: Adopts RF raised face flanges in accordance with ASME B16.5 Class 150. It achieves reliable sealing with standard flange gaskets, features easy installation and convenient disassembly for maintenance, and offers strong compatibility with offshore piping systems.
 Plug Valve Structure: Equipped with cylindrical or conical plugs with flow ports. Opening, closing and flow switching can be realized by rotating the plug. Simple in structure, quick in operation, and low in flow resistance, it is suitable for frequent operating conditions.
 Full Hardened Sealing Surfaces: The sealing surfaces of the plug and valve body are hardfaced with Stellite alloy or treated with integral bronze hardening. They are corrosion-resistant, erosion-resistant and wear-resistant, ensuring long-term reliable sealing.
 Oil Seal or Lubrication Design: Oil seal grooves or a lubrication system are provided between the plug and the valve body. Regular injection of sealant reduces friction, improves sealing performance and extends service life.

Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering: Multi-directional flow switching for seawater cooling systems, ballast water systems, bilge water systems and fire-fighting systems, suitable for marine corrosive environments and rolling conditions.
Seawater Desalination: Inlet and outlet water distribution and switching for reverse osmosis and multi-stage flash distillation units, resistant to high chloride ion corrosion.
Coastal Power Plants: Multi-directional control for seawater circulating cooling systems and condenser inlet/outlet water, adaptable to coastal salt spray environments.
Offshore Oil Platforms: Flow distribution for produced water treatment, water injection systems and seawater lifting systems, resistant to corrosion in marine atmospheric and splash zones.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
