Construction Features

Carbon Steel WCB Material :Major components such as the valve body are made of carbon steel WCB, featuring high strength, good toughness and corrosion resistance. It can adapt to various severe working conditions and ensure stability and reliability of the valve during long-term service.
 Lug Wafer Design :The valve adopts a lug wafer structure and is connected to the pipeline flanges via lugs. No additional flange gaskets are required during installation, simplifying the installation process and saving installation space and cost. Meanwhile, the lug design provides more stable positioning of the valve in the pipeline and enables it to withstand high pipeline stresses.
 Wafer Structure :The valve is slim in profile, compact in size and light in weight, making installation and removal convenient. It is especially suitable for piping systems with limited space.
 Spring-Assisted Closure (Optional) :Selected models can be equipped with a spring-assisted closing device to speed up valve closing, reduce water hammer and improve system safety.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
