Structural Features

High-Quality Cast Steel / Carbon Steel Material: The valve body is made of ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel or equivalent material, featuring high strength, good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, suitable for operating temperatures from -29℃ to +425℃.
Flexible Wedge Design: Equipped with a flexible wedge gate that can automatically compensate for seat wear and thermal deformation, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
Rising Stem / Non-Rising Stem Structure: OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) rising stem structure is available for intuitive indication of valve open/closed status, or non-rising stem structure to save installation space.
Fire-Safe Design: Complies with API 607 standard. The valve maintains sealing performance and prevents medium leakage even under fire conditions.
Pressure-Secure Bonnet: High-pressure valves (Class 900 and above) adopt a pressure self-sealing bonnet design, where sealing performance improves as system pressure increases.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
