Construction Features

A216 WCB Cast Steel Material: Key components including the body and bonnet are cast from A216 WCB carbon steel, featuring high strength, excellent toughness and high-temperature resistance. It adapts to various severe working conditions and ensures stable and reliable valve performance under high-temperature and high-pressure service.
Bolted Bonnet: The bonnet is connected to the body by bolts, featuring a simple and reliable structure for easy disassembly and overhaul. It enables quick internal maintenance and component replacement, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Wedge Gate Design: The flexible wedge gate structure automatically compensates for minor deformations of the seat sealing faces, maintaining excellent sealing performance under fluctuating temperatures and pressures. The wedge design also provides self-energized sealing, with sealing effectiveness further enhanced as media pressure increases.
Flanged Connection: Standard RF (Raised Face) flanges are used in compliance with ASME B16.5, enabling easy installation and reliable sealing. It is suitable for various standard piping systems and facilitates integration with existing equipment.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
