Structural Features

Stainless Steel Type: 
CF8M (316), CF3M (316L), F51/F53/F55 duplex stainless steel, 6Mo super austenitic stainless steel. Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for corrosive media and marine environments.
 Cast Steel Type: WCB, WCC, WC6, WC9, C5, C12. High strength and high temperature resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure non-corrosive media.
 Three-Piece Body Design: The valve body consists of left body, right body and center body, connected by bolts. It allows easy in-line disassembly and maintenance of internal parts without removing the valve from the pipeline, minimizing downtime.
 Trunnion Mounted Ball Structure: The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings, providing stable operating torque unaffected by medium pressure fluctuations. 
Suitable for high pressure differential and large-bore applications.
 Spring-Loaded Seat Design: Disc springs or coil springs are installed behind the seats to ensure initial sealing at low pressure. At high pressure, the medium pressure enhances the sealing effect, achieving reliable sealing across the full pressure range.

Long-Distance Oil & Gas Pipelines: Used in cross-regional transmission pipelines for crude oil, refined products and natural gas to realize line isolation, pig launching/receiving and station block isolation.
High-Pressure Gathering & Transportation Systems: Suitable for high-pressure gathering pipelines, water injection pipelines and gas injection pipelines in oil and gas fields, resistant to high pressure differential and sand-bearing media.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
