Structural Features

High quality Cast Steel Material:The valve body is made of cast steel materials such as WCB, WCC, LCB, LCC, WC6, WC9, C5 and C12, featuring high strength, excellent pressure resistance and a wide operating temperature range to meet the requirements of various working conditions.
Full Bore Design:The valve body adopts a full bore design with the same inner diameter as the pipeline, featuring low flow resistance coefficient and small pressure drop, especially suitable for long distance pipelines and high flow systems sensitive to energy consumption.
Swing Structure:The disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the seat for opening and closing, with short stroke, quick action and low water hammer effect. It is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation (flow upward).
Metal Seal or Composite Seal:The disc and seat adopt metaln to metal sealing, or are embedded with soft sealing materials such as rubber and PTFE, ensuring excellent sealing performance and service life.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
