Structural Features

CF8 (304): Resistant to general corrosion, suitable for clean media such as water, oil products, food and others.
 CF8M (316): Molybdenum-bearing for excellent pitting corrosion resistance, suitable for chloride environments and corrosive chemical media.
 CF3M (316L): Ultra-low carbon for resistance to intergranular corrosion, ideal for welded and highly corrosive applications.
 Advantages: Excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic performance and surface finish, with no risk of rust contamination.
 Single-piece Slim-profile Structure: The valve body is only 1/4 to 1/5 the thickness of conventional flanged check valves, and over 60% lighter in weight. It is clamped between two flanges, greatly saving installation space.
 Spring-assisted Closing: Optional stainless steel spring assist ensures reliable closing in any mounting orientation, with excellent sealing performance under low-pressure conditions. Closing time is 0.3–0.5 seconds, effectively suppressing water hammer.

Applications

Pump Discharge Protection: Installed at the outlet of centrifugal pumps, metering pumps and vacuum pumps to prevent medium backflow and impeller damage during pump shutdown.
Compressor Systems: Used at the inlet and outlet of air compressors and gas compressors to prevent reverse rotation and gas backflow when the unit is stopped.
Boiler Feedwater Systems: Suitable for steam boiler feedwater pipelines to prevent backflow of steam or hot water from contaminating the feedwater system.
Corrosive Chemical Media: 316/316L material is suitable for piping systems conveying acid, alkali and salt solutions with strong corrosion resistance.
HVAC Systems: Applied in cooling water, hot water and chilled water circulation systems to prevent water backflow when pumps stop running.
Marine & Offshore Engineering: Compact structure is ideal for narrow spaces onboard, used in ballast water, bilge water and seawater cooling systems.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
