Structural Features

Stainless Steel CF8 Material :Key components such as the valve body and disc are made of CF8 (SS304) stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and mechanical strength. It can adapt to working conditions involving water, natural gas, oil products and various corrosive media, ensuring stability and reliability of the valve during long-term service.
 Dual-Disc Design :Adopts a dual-disc structure with two symmetrically arranged discs. Compared with conventional single-disc check valves, the dual-disc design can significantly reduce flow resistance and water hammer effect, achieving lower pressure loss and faster closing response, thus improving system operating efficiency.
 Wafer Connection :Adopts wafer-type connection, which is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight for easy installation and removal. This connection conforms to flange standards EN 1092-1 / DIN 2501, enabling convenient installation into existing piping systems while saving installation space and cost.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
