Structural Features

Full Bore Flow Passage: The seat bore matches the pipeline inner diameter with extremely low flow resistance and pressure drop, suitable for pigging operations.
 Pressure Seal Bonnet: Pressure-seal bonnet design is adopted for Class 900 and higher ratings. The wedge gasket enhances sealing as medium pressure increases.
 Fire-Safe Design: Complies with API 607 standard. Metal-to-metal sealing remains effective after soft seals are damaged by fire.
 Blowout-Proof Stem Design: T-head or integrally forged structure prevents stem ejection caused by internal pressure.
 Backseat Design: The stem backseat seals against the bonnet in the fully open position, allowing online packing replacement.
 Low-Torque Operation: Optimized gate and seat geometry; gearboxes are provided for large sizes to ensure easy operation.
 Wear-Resistant Seat: Hardfaced with STL carbide for extended service life.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
