Chemical Composition: Cr 18–20%, Ni 8–11%, Mo 2–3%, C ≤ 0.08%
 Corrosion Resistance Mechanism: Molybdenum enhances resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion; austenitic structure provides excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
 Advantages in Oil & Gas Industry: Resistant to sour media containing H₂S and CO₂, seawater corrosion, as well as chlorides and sulfur compounds in crude oil.
 NACE Compliance: Conforms to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, suitable for sour oil and gas environments.
 Swing Type: Large flow capacity, low pressure drop, suitable for horizontal pipelines, opening angle 60°–75°.
 Lift Type: Applicable for vertical pipelines, more reliable sealing, ideal for high-pressure gas services.
 Wafer Type: Compact structure, lightweight, suitable for space-restricted and retrofit projects.
 Nozzle Type: Extremely low flow resistance, quick closing, designed for pump stations in long-distance pipelines.

Onshore Oil & Gas Fields :Used in gathering and transportation systems at wellheads, metering stations and processing plants to prevent media backflow and water hammer, with resistance to H₂S and CO₂ corrosion.
 Offshore Oil & Gas Platforms :Suitable for process systems and utility systems on fixed platforms, FPSOs and FLNGs, resistant to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion.
 Long-Distance Pipeline Pumping Stations :Installed at pump discharge for trunk line transportation of crude oil, refined products and natural gas to prevent backflow and water hammer damage during pump shutdown.
 Natural Gas Processing Plants :Applied in sour gas and solvent systems of dehydration, desulfurization and decarbonization units. NACE certification ensures safe operation in sour service environments.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
