Structural Features

DIN Standard Design :Designed strictly in accordance with DIN 3202, DIN EN 558 and other standards, with flange dimensions conforming to DIN EN 1092-1, ensuring interchangeability with European piping systems.
 Swing Disc :Suitable for large-flow, low-pressure drop conditions with a large opening angle and minimal water hammer effect.
 Lift Disc :Ideal for vertical pipelines or applications requiring high tightness, featuring precise guiding and quick closing.
 Butterfly / Dual Disc :Compact structure, sensitive opening and closing, suitable for installations with limited space.
 Petrochemical & Metallurgical Type :Corrosion-resistant materials such as WCB, CF8M and duplex stainless steel, with wear-resistant seats.

Applications

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API6D, API600, API602, CE, PED certificate. We also have some patents in design. 

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

5 staff inspect the finished productions to avoid shortage, poor quality, mixing chemical...

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
