Structural Features

CF3M Ultra-Low Carbon Stainless Steel Construction :Valve body and bonnet are cast from ASTM A351 CF3M (equivalent to SS316L / 00Cr17Ni14Mo2) with carbon content ≤ 0.03%. Compared with CF8M (316), it significantly reduces susceptibility to intergranular corrosion and maintains corrosion resistance without post-weld stabilization treatment. It is suitable for strong acid, strong alkali, chloride ion environments and welded connections.
 Flanged End Connections :RF raised face or FM male-and-female flanges are adopted in accordance with ASME B16.5. Reliable sealing is achieved with standard flange gaskets, featuring easy installation, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and high compatibility with stainless steel piping systems.
 Flexible Wedge Structure :An elastic slot is designed in the middle of the integral CF3M wedge, enabling self-sealing under medium pressure, automatically compensating for temperature variations and slight wear of sealing surfaces, ensuring long-term reliable sealing and avoiding thermal jamming of rigid wedges.

Applications

Chemical Industry: Shut-off control for highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda and organic solvents, with excellent intergranular corrosion resistance.
Offshore Engineering: Valves for seawater, salt spray and marine atmospheric environments, resistant to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion.
Environmental Protection & Water Treatment: Acid and alkali resistant valves for sewage treatment, reclaimed water reuse, desulfurization and denitrification systems.
General Industry: Routine shut-off for compressed air, nitrogen, steam and weakly corrosive media; no post-weld heat treatment required for welded connections.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
