Structural Features

F304 Forged Stainless Steel Material (ASTM A182 F304 / 0Cr18Ni9) :The valve body and end caps are integrally forged from high-grade ASTM A182 F304 stainless steel. The material features dense and uniform microstructure without casting defects, delivering notably higher mechanical strength and corrosion resistance than cast counterparts. As the forged grade of 304 stainless steel, F304 possesses excellent oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, as well as hygienic performance. It is suitable for water, oil, gas and weakly corrosive media with a smooth surface for easy cleaning.
 1-Inch Standard Bore (NPS 1″ / DN25) :One of the most widely adopted standard sizes in industrial piping systems, it offers moderate flow capacity and high versatility. It facilitates standardized inventory control and bulk procurement, fully meeting the requirements of most small and medium-diameter pipeline applications.
 Female Threaded Connection :Valve ports adopt standard female threads of NPT (ASME B1.20.1) and BSPT (ISO 7-1). Matched with standard tapered male threads, it provides dual sealing assurance through mechanical compression and thread engagement. Requiring no flanges or gaskets, it enables fast, simple on-site installation and is ideal for compact small-bore piping systems.

3. How do you control the quality? 
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing. 
In our factory, 3 spectro PMI machines are used in raw material warehouse, production plant, dispatch plant. 
Pressure inspecting machine, PMI machines, RA roughness spector, hardness testing machine...All machines help in inspection.

4. How big factories do you have?

We have total 25000 square meters in Wenzhou city & Lishui city, Zhejiang Province, China. 

5. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it? 
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem. 
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition. 

6. How long is your delivery time? 
For normal products in 7-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-25 days. It depends. 

7. Warranty time? 
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
